Slightly annoyed that I ordered a tv last night from add to plan.
24 hrs later no response, no email or texts.
No payment. Deja vu after last week phone upgrade hence why I've delayed moaning because I know it takes time. But why can't you just send an email as soon as ordered that it's in the system.
I was hoping to get the tv by xmas

If you haven't had any confirmation this morning, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team who will be able to check your account and get an update on the order.
