I placed an order earlier today for 2x the galaxy buds + as and add to plan. The order went through I paid the upfront cost and received delivery confirmation. But ipon checking my bank balance I see that EE has only taken the funds for 1 of the buds and not 2. How can i confirm my order as the live chat is offline.

Did the confirmation email mention the quantity of your order?
If not, the only way to check this would be to contact our Customer Care team so they can check for you.
