I purchased an Apple se watch with a personal plan deal. I was advised in store that my watch would work independently of my phone when they weren’t in range. I have had the watch since Thursday and as of yet the watch won’t work unless I have my phone beside me. Have I been given the wrong advise in the shop? My plan says I should have I unlimited data

You should be able to call, stream, and text with just your watch, can you try the steps in our How do I pair my Apple Watch with my iPhone, post?
