How do I go about establishing a timeline for 5G being made available in Bramber West Sussex?

EE don't publish timescales for new coverage or network rollout, it's subject to multiple different factors, often subject to change and only known internally.

You can check coverage onine at Network coverage checker and about 5G at EE 5G webpage.
