I bought a 4G mini for my mother along with a samsung tablet and this combination was working well for a few weeks.
We are now having problems connecting to it and can't work out if it has been charged or not.
She is remote from me so this isn't helping as I can't check what she is doing.
It was showing flashing lights whilst being charged but this carried on for 24 hours+ so she unplugged it
Now she doesn't seem to be able to switch it on - pressing and holding the 'on' button quickly or for a few seconds doesn't work and no lights come on to indicate it is on.
Are we doing something wrong?
Is there any other way of telling whether it is working?
Is it likely it is faulty??
