4GEE WIFI MINI PAYGO 20GB

I have bought a 4GEE WIFI MINI PAYGO 20GB.

I have used over half of the 20gb data that comes preloaded. I want to add on more data before it runs out. However, when I topped my credit I can't find a way to use it to add more data allowance. When I click the link "Go to add-on.ee.co.uk" it takes me to my other account which is unlimited data.

Can anyone advise how I get a data 'add on' to my 4GEE WIFI account before the 20gb runs out?

You have to click on that link from a device connected by WiFi to the mobile router, not from a phone connected to the mobile network.

You will be able to buy more data using that page wen your current allowance has run out.

Thanks for your reply. I got the same answer when I finally got through to the EE help line. I didn't realise that although you can top-up credit on line remotely, you have to be connected via the specific mobile router to get the data Add-on.
