48 hours after I ordered a new phone still not dispatched

What a great start with ee,48 hours after becoming a customer my new phone still not yet dispatched,where is it? Will I be charged still for whole month?

Solution? No one can tell me exactly when the phone will be dispatched but the money has been taken.all I've been told is wait another 72 hours

Why can't I just pick one up from the ee shop I asked it be delivered to instead then at least I've got a phone.im incredibly disappointed with the service so far
