£25 PAYG Packs

Hi, I tried to purchase the £25 pay as you go EE pack, but when I charged it to my card I recieved a message back telling me payment was unsuccessful. But when I am going on my bank account the charges are still seem to be going through, currently as pending and wondering if they will cancel or need to call up?

"Your payment for the £25 pack from the visa ending xxxx wasn't successful. Please call 08081686076 for more information." The number in this text doesn't seem to be active at all either.

It say "Your current balance as of today 13:06 is £0.00. You have 100 minutes, unlimited texts and 4.0GB remaining until 12/04/2021"

I did manage to start the £10 pack, one which came with the sim card. The £25 one I gave up after a few attempts hence why I am worried about the charges.

Hi @Letthalii,

 

If the transaction wasn't approved by your bank, we won't attempt to debit your card again.

 

I'd recommend contacting your bank to ask why the transaction was declined.
