100% Usage Alert - Opt-in Out Of Allowance (PAYM)

Kamlesh1

I don't have an option for a spend cap on my account but I see this 100% usage alert add-on enabled. In the description it shows "Opt-In Out Of Allowance (PAYM)".

What does the description mean? Does it mean that without this add-on I won't incur any out of allowance charges? I don't remember turning on this add-on.

Hi @Kamlesh1.

Welcome to the community.

The 100% usage alert is for your data, and you will be alerted if you reached both 80% and 100% of your data allowance.

Would you like a spend cap on your account?

If you're unable to add this in your online account, our Customer Care team can help you with this.

Jon

If you have unlimited data then this is pointless , right ?

Hi @Trevelyan1971.

Welcome to the community.

If you've got unlimited data you wouldn't get alerts for running out of data, but you would be alerted if you exceed the fair usage policy for data gifting.
