Resolved! e-sim activation

Struggling to activate my eSIM, the physical sim has already been deactivated. Tried my luck downloading eSIM per help page but I’m just going round in circles. Anyone any tips?

Have just received my new IPhone15.  which replaces an IPhone12  to. sap the data. I know to use. Icloudbut should I use a new SIM card. or use the SIM card from my iPhone 12 your help will be appreciated
