Delivery on my upgrade

Hello, 

I placed an order for an upgrade of the iPhone 15plus as a click and collect. I got a notification from my DPD app that it had been delivered to the store yesterday. However I haven’t had an email from EE telling me to collect my order. I was just wondering if I can go and collect it without having an email from EE as DPD has confirmed they have delivered it to the store.
