I just arrived in the Uk and bought EE sim. But my phone is iPhone 14, US model, it has no port for physical sim. I scanned the QR code on the EE sim but didn’t work. How do I connect the eSIM. Thank you.

Hiordered a new iPhone 15 Pro Max yesterday on line with EE but had no confirmation that order has been accepted, I am happy with the 28 day wait, all I need is acknowledgment that my order has been accepted is this the norm ??

Resolved! e-sim activation

Struggling to activate my eSIM, the physical sim has already been deactivated. Tried my luck downloading eSIM per help page but I’m just going round in circles. Anyone any tips?
