hi i upgraded my phone and recieved it today, as i didn’t recieve a sim card i took my sim out of my old phone and put it in my new one, and still i have no signal to phone people? why is this happening?

@Wilson2708 , have you made sure the SIM card is put in correctly? You may want to take the SIM card out and give it a wipe. Was it still working in your old phone and if you still have your old phone is it still working?

There should be no reason for your SIM card not to work, EE do not send out new SIM cards, but if the SIM card is not working, you can log-in to your account either via the My EE App or online and order a replacement SIM card, but be mindful that it will be sent second class, or go to an EE store and get a replacement SIM card.

Have you tried rebooting your phone once the SIM card is in?
