Tried all steps online and still no service. I’ve ordered a new sim and Current phone is still saying no service.

Welcome to the community,

Are you new to EE, have you moved from another network and if so, did you give EE your PAC code and when did you do this?

If this was not the case, why did you order a new SIM card? More information might help.
