I can't login via the my ee app on iPhone and I have only recently created the ee account but I can login via the website but not in the app may I expect someone to solve this problem or give any idea to solve this

What happens when you try to login through the app?
Do you get an error message?

Yes it says "There seems to be a problem" "Sorry, we're having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back a bit later" but I have try to do everything including delete the app and try again and turn off iPhone and turn on again and try to login it still error by the way I only ordered sim few days ago and on the phone I try to login I'm still using some other network which is three it would be helpful if you know the solution for this
