iphone 16 plus order

i placed an order for the iphone 16 plus in teal (128gb) on october 25th. i called EE on october 30th, to which they said it would be dispatched on the 31st, however i've had no updates and it isn't dispatched. 

 

i can't get through to EE customer services for some reason and the upfront cost has been taken from my account but i've had no updates and id like to know where my order is.

Welcome to the community.

I'm not quite sure why you've been told it would be dispatched on the 31st, as our guides do not have access to see when an order would go out for sure, just the approximate timescales if a phone is out of stock. The only time they could see when it has been dispatched is once it has been picked in the warehouse.

Looking at the stock information, it does show that the iPhone 16 Plus 128GB in Teal had an estimated dispatch timescale of 7 days for orders from 24th October, which is where I'm assuming they've got the the 31st from, but it does also show that there is outstanding orders from 18th October.

I've got no way of saying for sure, but that may indicate there has been a delay in stock arriving, but once it is available, orders will be sent out on a first come, first served basis.

You'd receive a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know it is on the way and when to expect it.
