Apple Watch Ultra 3 Order

Afternoon all,

I ordered the Ultra 3 in Natural Titanium with the Milanese loop on the 20th September, and I’m still waiting. The dispatch times have changed from more than 28 days to within 7 days on the website and I’m 42 days in now.

When I try and use the tracker it says order dispatched, which it has done since I first checked, EE on the phone keep telling me there is an open order and it will be fulfilled when stock comes in, etc.

Whilst I understand all of this and I’m happy to wait for the watch I want, it all feels a bit strange. Has anyone else ordered the same combination and received it?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

With the Expected Dispatch date changing for new orders, it means we have received stock and therefore your order will be with you shortly. 
Rest assured, you'll received your watch before any new orders, as they are fulfilled on first come first served basis. 

That said, if you're order say dispatched, good news it means your order has been fulfilled and we have already passed this on to the courier. 

You'll receive a message from DPD to confirm before shipping and also the day of the delivery, with a 4-digit PIN needed when the driver arrives. 
Unless you opted for EE store delivery, in which case the store will contact you once they have received your device, and you collect with photo ID.

Whilst I appreciate both of your replies, I’d much rather my post actually be read properly instead of just getting generic replies.

I wasn’t asking for any account specific information, I was just asking the community whether anyone had received theirs that may have ordered around when I did, just as a guide.

And also the response regarding tracking is definitely not true, I called a few times to be informed that nobody knows why it says dispatched because it hasn’t been, and it was in that state for 41 days.

Luckily I can see my parcel with DPD now, although I’m still yet to hear anything from EE.

Thanks for the update here @RichC87, I'm glad to hear this is on its way to you now. 

In our internal systems, the order status will change from open order to shipped, and it's at this point that it would be logged with DPD and trackable at your end. 

It definitely seems odd that the tracker at your end updated quite a bit sooner than when it shipped at our end, and I'll feed this one back.
