Hi I’m tracking my order through ee an it’s stating ‘we can’t show your details right now’ but I’ve had confirmation email my sons phone is on the way but can’t track and haven’t recieved a text from dpd. I placed the order Thursday morning. Can you advise me further please?

@Erikaadele90  You have received the standard reply saying it’s on its way.   Ie your order is being processed and you’ll get a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you. 

any ideas why it’s taking so long? When I got my ipgrade it came literally the next afternoon after I placed the order.

Have you downloaded the DPD app and use the email address you registered at checkout and the postcode, to see if they have deliveries scheduled?

No I already have the DPD app with that email an postcode but says no active parcels.
