Hi,
I get Apple Music free as a smart benefit.
Apple Music has been activated and displays as one of my 3 active smart benefits in the my EE app.
I have also received the following text message from EE,
“Hi from EE. Apple Music has been added to your account as a Smart Benefit. Start enjoying it now by confirming your account at applemusic.com/ee/welcome”
I have waited 1 week for activation to be fully processed but am still getting the following error message,
“No subscription through EE. Find out if you are eligible to try Apple Music for free.”
Could anyone help with a solution?

@PeterD123 Apple Music doesn’t know you have this as part of your contract. You should have been sent a like to set this up, if you’re not received that best to call customer services to request it be sent.
