When setting up my new iPhone it auto set to eSIM now my phone no longer works on eSIM or the proper sim itself so can’t call 150 or receive PIN number texts or anything. I’ve even put the sim back in old phone and it don’t work at all. Anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?

Hi @robbins123
Thanks for coming here.
Did you use Quick Start to get set up?
Do you have any networks showing if you manually search?

Hi @Shannon2618
Thanks for coming here.
If you have selected eSIM when setting up and the physical SIM is no longer working you would need a replacement SIM.
To do this, you can get in touch with us to order the SIM, or visit an EE Store with photo ID and the team will get this replaced for you.

I used quick start and no I don’t. Don’t even show any signal. Just 4 grey dots and I can’t call 150 either. It just cuts off
