iPhone duo preordered 1.30pm on preorder day & due to arrive tomorrow but not received a dpd delivery text or any update on tracking. Contacted ee that said I am down to receive it tomorrow dpd text until 8pm but still no text or confirmation. Has anyone else had this?

Have you asked to see what time they have your order processed on there side ? As i was in the same boat but, they checked and said i placed the order 13:01 but system didnt process this till 15:02 apparently so get that checked as before all this they kept saying tomorrow delivery

How did you place the order? From what I have seen online, there were a lot of issues with online orders and a delay in the back end processing and a lot of held or failed orders.

On the app as phone was ages even though they confirmed it, but yeah apparently it was EE back end apparently but its a shame
