iPhone 18 pro max pre order stating delayed

Hi, I pre ordered an iPhone 18 pro max on Sunday and the order got cancelled, so I re ordered again on the 16th sept annoyingly I’ll have to wait longer now. My tracking says usually dispatched in 12 days but I have just had an email to say my order has been delayed. Does this mean that my tracking will change to longer than 12 days or is this just because I won’t get it today? Thanks

@Msmores  If you’ve had confirmation after, then it’ll be longer than the 12 days.

I have ordered silver 256GB, my online order still says expected dispatch in 12 days but I got the email today saying it has been delayed

I ordered a I phone 18 pro max burgundy 512gb on the 16th September and when I track my order it says date not found

The iphone 18 pro max 512gb in black is showing in stock online, I was first given 18th September as the delivery date now just saying delay.  Any update as I'm unable to speak to anyone who can help.  Thanks
