iPhone 18 Pro Max

I ordered the new iPhone 18 Pro Max on the 13th of October. I’ve had a confirmation email, an order number, but it still says awaiting dispatch. Does anyone know anything about order delays or whatever else is happening.

Can I ask has your app set up the billing for sim and device. Like I haven’t received anything yet and my bill due to come out on 3rd and 4th of Nov. Just wondering if you in same position

Yeah they set it up but when i contacted them they explained that nothing will come out and if it did they will fix the issue

I ordered my two days after you it’s honestly just a waiting game I never thought I would have 4 weeks for a phone, It is what it is just EE are backlogged with so many Orders even apple don’t have stock at the moment for the iPhone Pro Max in any colour. It says on their app if you order it to be delivered it would come around November 10th till November 15th I think. So it’s just a waiting game.

I’ve been waiting for my order of the IPhone 18 Pro Max (Burgundy) since the 4th of October. Do you have any ideas when it will arrive? It’s almost been a month and the EE find my order has been no help as it isn’t even giving me an estimated time on top of my already delayed order. Please let me know if you have any rough time frames as to when I will be receiving my order.

EE have got ZERO idea when the new iPhones are due in. I’m four weeks in waiting for them to supply my new phone, thankfully I’m not in contract with them, and never will be. But Apple are just as much to blame putting a new product on the market and having nowt in stock!

I’ve had a recent update on my order, just wondering if anyone has had the same and if they have could you let me know how long it took for the order to be delivered or another update from EE on date etc
