Have you had an email confirmation since you placed your order?

The phone will be on back order, awaiting stock to fulfil it, so it isn't unusual to not have a date yet. As soon as the phone comes into stock, you will get an update about delivery.

If you can let me know the storage version you ordered, I can check how long of a wait it is expected to be.

You're right, that's a very popular model and currently it's estimated to be delivered in more than 28 days, so it may still be a while before you get an update.
