I ordered mine on Saturday . Was told it would be delivered on Friday. I went in the ee app but my order reference number says invalid. I had a message last night from DPD they where expecting my parcel and this morning they said it is on its way to my local depot and will be delivered Friday . Yet we are still saying processing??? Strange but I am taking what the  DPD app is stating as true and I am expecting my phone to be delivered tomorrow .

Then it should be with you tomorrow. Fingers crossed for you. EE tracking doesn’t always work but if it’s showing on your dpd app and you’ve got a text from dpd with your pin then you should get it tomorrow

I rang today and then said come tomorrow anytime after 9AM

I just spoke to my local EE store and they said I can come anytime tomorrow after 9AM to collect but need to bring ID for anyone collecting from store. Passport or driving licence

Finally got my DPD text with pin and the app has finally updated!!!

Is anyone else on the full works plan got thier flurry of texts yet? I just did but they deactivated my Apple One and haven't reactivated it? I also can't see it on the list of extras? 

But when i took the new plan out I chose it during upgrade over the phone 🤣

For the first time in pre-order memory, I have just got a dispatch email from EE telling me my phone is on the way to me!

But, interestingly, my tracker has gone backwards and now says order confirmed, and order on track. 🙃

In the flurry (7) of texts, one was about "Just to let you know, one of your discounts has ended. You'll pay the normal price of your plan from now on."

I had two discounts, one was discretionary and the other was a 30% off F&F code.  I have heard that the F&F will automatically carry over but has anyone experienced this not carrying over? What did you have to do to get it added back?

I have 4 orders. I have one pin and 3 tracking numbers.

1 tracking says I need a pin - I don’t have it. 
1 tracking and I have the pin

1 tracking that doesn’t even mention a pin 

1 missing order 

EE CS state it’s because they are in high demand, are they though? 

I just know I won’t get them tomorrow
