Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch and the new special edition Apple fold phone, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.95000 views thank you for your support and love.

That seems really bad! Good luck with your complaint. I had no upgrade feel because I upgrade every 24m but the upfront fee I paid (by choice, to keep monthly down) and the delivery fee was all on a pre-contract summary they sent me before they processed the order.

We defo do not all get told the same, we can attest to that 😂

I do the upgrade every year but for the last 3 years they have waived it but they won’t budge this year 🤣🤣  thank you I’ll keep it open for now and see how it goes as there looking into why it wasn’t mentioned to me by the online agent who put my order through. No we don’t I’ve been told different things by different agents haha I bet if I was to ring back up again they would remove the fee 🤣🤣 no all jokes aside I hope everyone gets there orders on or just after release day and if they get promised keep the chat or call records as proof as I have been told you can get compensation for mislead information too

18 pro 256gb burgundy, ordered via phone & confirmed by 15:04. Have been able to track it a few times

Nice. Nothing this end, confirmed 1.20 on Saturday, but I can see the tracker consistently now so that’s good enough for me. Wouldn’t expect DPD until Thursday night so won’t panic until then.

The EE online chat is so weird, on Friday I was told I'm eligible for an additional line, so on Saturday I pre order the 18 Pro Max 2TB as soon as pre orders go live, received my order confirmation 13:07 . 

I talk to customer service and they reassure me my order is confirmed. 

So today I talk to the online chat and they say my order is cancelled but I've received no email or text about it being cancelled. 

Has this happened to anyone else?

If I remember rightly, a select group of people who but the Pro get the confirmation before the Pro Max people. This seems to be a trend, although I cannot think of a time that a DPD text being sent out 4 days early. Promising news and congratulations.

I finally got my IPhone order sorted out and I can finally track my order!
