Just been advised that they are not waving the £100 early upgrade this year? Has anyone been told the same? I was told at 13:01 which is very early so I’ve hung up and rejoined the queue, now going to keep an eye on this thread.

EE charging an extra £126 compared to Apple for a 512 PM

The online order is done; just hope this gets processed, as this is always a 50/50 with EE. Upgraded to the Black 18 PM 2TB with 7 days left on my contract, and EE wanted £0 to upgrade, which is nice; they wanted £500 upfront last year when I wanted the 17 PM 2TB.

The website at least for the first two minutes ran extremely smoothly, as it got hammered last year.

Is it me or has anytime upgrade gone from the tariff again?

I had a £100 upgrade fee on mine, the advisor waived it for me because I was only 6 days out of being in the last 365 days of my contract

Upgraded to iPhone 18 Pro Max, Burgundy, 256GB. Upgrade went through on the phone at 13:10, and the agent told me I'll be getting my phone on launch.

I would just warn people to take the agent's words about stock and delivery with a pinch of salt. It's a massive free for all once the phones are released and there's no guarantee you'll get it on launch.

That being said, if you've preordered early enough it's safe to say you'll probably get it on the 18th on launch. I've upgraded every year with EE since the 12 Pro Max and only once out of 6 upgrades did I not get the phone on launch.

We shall see...

My order is done too,. I got the 512GB Black Pro Max and a 256GB Pro Max. They did waive the upgrade fee for both of them so no issues there. He did have to speak to his team leader because they hadn't sorted the fee being waived automatically as usual. Some things never change.
