I have ordered the Pro… had a text this morning from DPD saying ‘we’re expecting your EE parcel’ and gave a PIN number. Logged in to EE website and says dispatched. DPD tracking app says my parcel is on its way to the depot. Nothing further, but can only assume that it will be arriving at some point over the next 72 hours 🤷🏼‍

Same old same old this year, just like last year, and the year before that, add infinitum 🙄

I really wish that EE devs would build a much needed update to the EE order progress system, like making sure the customer received a confirmation SMS and/or email with the real order number, not some "TKO" number that does nothing to help EE's customers understand where their order is in the process.

Maybe next year in September 2026 EE will finally fix this problem for its loyal and new customers.

I got a notification for mine to say they were on the way but then DPD say delivery within 48 hours. 
They must be pretty slammed, they’re usually pretty good at next day.

Yes - they usually do it on the day the phone is sent.

Ordered 17 pro max silver 256gb. On pre order day. Order confirmation on 2:15PM

still haven’t received DPD message.

Ordered 17 pro max 256gb deep blue. Order confirmation at 2:10PM. Got DPD tracking today. 

when I called EE apparently on their system it shows the wrong model was sent. The 17 pro was sent not the 17 pro max

so now have to wait till tomorrow to see what model arrives

Yes same situation, confirmed around 16:45 last Friday and nothing aside from the initial email and 00 order number. Same phone as yours but orange. Where are you located? I’m SW London
