Unfortunately, it's unlikely. The Max models are always the most sought after. It appears some Pro models can be ordered without a wait, at almost any point. Looking at the EE app now, the Max is at 28 days and the Pro is still launch day.

I got my order confirmation at 4:14pm on 12th September. No dispatch notification yet, but remaining hopeful!

You should be in the first batch if you ordered on the day and quite early which you have. Do you have an xko order number or a 0xxx order number? Best to just wait as dispatches can happen late into the evening too
