Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

If you want to speak to someone about buying products, it's probably best to give 150 a call. I doubt they'll have any information yet but there's no harm in calling

I’m not showing an option to upgrade, despite the fact I’ve had a new phone every year for the last 10 years! I know that we now pay the phone off over years, but surely a trade in would settle what’s left owing?

My upgrade fee is £100 till September 30th then it’s £0

That means the phone is still not paid off in order to upgrade you will have to pay of the remaining balance then you can upgrade and take an new contract out

Is anyone else able to see their upgrade options on their account? Mine isn't showing this year like usual?

Are you using the EE App or Website? 

You might have the same issue I did, If using the app, make sure you go to the 'Manage' Tab at the bottom of your screen.

If on the EE website, there's the same 'Manage' tab located at the top right of your screen near where you log in (make sure you're logged in already). 

It should show you there.
