Last year i had a bit of a delay and the advisor needed to speak to a manager as they were (at that time) trying to charge me £100 for what i think was a week and i got it waived, this year i anticipated the same - my contract switched to the free upgrade on the 19th, the advisor they were waiving it as long as the phone was in good condition so i didnt even have to ask, i did pay delivery this time - often get the "as you've been a loyal customer for X years, we're waiving the delivery fee"

Its never been a straightforward process for me, ive had final warning texts before they have sent the return pack, i've had to phone them (like you) for the returns, i've had messages months after the phone has been returned and provided them with the tracking number that shows it was received - last year i never got a returns pack, messages about it and they had no return on the system when i called to enquire - my advice is to do special delivery, track it and hang onto the tracking info even once its been received.

You may have already tried this, but i can never track with a combination of my order number and phone number i always have to track with order number and email address

Yeah it’s always a mess 😂 I was waiting for the NHS & key worker discount code but apparently private health companies don’t count in that. Yeah if I had ordered from the 19th (according to the app) I would have had to pay the £100 but today they didn’t say they were waiving it, just that it wasn’t there. Wasn’t going to argue with that

I got an email an hour after placing my order which was basically a receipt / order acknowledgment with an EE- Order number. It said it will send me another email when my order is confirmed and on its way but haven’t got that yet.

I didnt get a email confirmation i spoke to ee they said its gone through when ordered got told delivery ee sent me a screenshot of my order says delivery slot 19th

My order confirmation came straight through, I placed my order over the phone though, they said my order will arrive on the 19th in the morning. I’m not sure if they added the minute one bundle this time though
