It didn't  and still hasn't  lol

Was just a text from DPD letting me know last night at 8:50 that it was on its way to the local delivery depot . Then this morning letting me know it was out for delivery and a time slot.

Wasn't expecting  it for at least another week.

I did an anytime upgrade and I’ve had my phone for a while now but just wondered if anyone has received their returns pack to send the phone back to EE? I’ve literally not heard a peep. Cheers for any help

I ordered mine on the 30th of September, my first time ever ordering from EE, (use to be on o2)  whats this mean? Ive not had a text about it being dispatched so i dont understand what this means atm

I ordered on the 18th and my tracking said the same. When I rang they said sometimes the online trackers is wrong and updates too quickly! 
I haven’t received phone yet.

Ahh okay cheers, i did originally order with o2 on the 22nd but cancelled it and swapped, when i originally ordered i realised afterwards that the phone literally came out on the 19th but im excited for it, have a case and longer charging wire ready since it requires usb C now, im going from a 12 pro max

I upgraded on the 22nd and was told 28 days. I went into store today and they’re now saying over 28 days. Ridiculous

Whilst i agree that is indeed ridiculous, and im really excited and cant wait to get my phone im also being patient, because one thing i know for sure is it isnt EEs fault or any other mobile data retailers fault, apple themselfs have delayed europe from getting these phones.

I’ll tell you what is EE’s fault/ and absolutely ridiculous-

I paid quite a lot to upgrade to the new iPhone pro max and was told it would be next day delivery, I also paid for delivery on top.
At the end of the 1 hour phone call after payment had been taken I was told “oh, it’s not next day delivery now, it’s at least 28 days”.
