Ive asked for the fulfillment team to contact me as i keep getting different answers too, ive made a complaint to that all EE guides keep giving out different anwsers Etc and that it needs to stop, they need to start being honest and stop getting peoples hopes up.

Yeah I agree but it’s best just to wait at this point we will get our phones when we get them doing all that won’t change it

I know it wont change it, but they cant continue lying & making up different excuses and getting peoples hopes up by saying it’s been collected etc when it hasn’t! That’s not a way a “reputable” company should run. They need to know when there doing wrong & hopefully correct themselves for next year, it’s wishful thinking that they might but hey, they want feedback etc.

Just got another update, after I’ve spoken to them and been told 2 different things on live chat and via telephone. I’ve got an e-mail to say good news your order is coming soon in the subject line but in the email it says “Your order is confirmed but we’re awaiting your expected delivery date. This is while we wait for delivery confirmation from the manufacturer. We’ll be in touch soon with an update on your order.”

How long after it saying order dispatched on ee tracker did it take for people to recieve a notification from DPD?

Hi, I pre-ordered my new IPhone 17 pro max in cosmic orange on the 12th September. 
I got an email on the 15th September to say my pre-order  was accepted. I understand there is a wait for them, so would the 21/28 days be from the 12th when I ordered it, or the 15th when I got an email to say it was accepted? 
I also received an email on 22nd to say my order was on track. 
can anyone clarify how long the average wait is to receive the phones? And do we know what stage EE are at, ie which date they’re working on sending out at the moment?

I just spoke to the e-guide because I found information in my email that I needed to trade in my old device. Seems like there just was error. What he said about dates:

I checked that order status is under process as we are waiting for stock from Apple, it will take 10-12 days from now.

Also, it is eligible to cancel the order if you want to?
