spoke to CS yesterday (26th) - the manufacturer has none in stock apparently but they working to get silver pro max out ASAP but it has been the most popular and I can see why! 

pre-orders really aren’t worth it at this point…pretty sure there will be people who order now and get them before us! My mum being one of them, ordered the 1TB Silver pro max on Tuesday and received it yesterday!

finally, ordered 17 PM silver 256Gb on 12th around 4pm. just got email from DPD said “we’re expecting your EE parcel” hopefully they’ll arrive soon tomorrow or Monday.

Just got my DPD text though it doesn’t have a timeframe on it yet.

17 PM Silver 256Gb ordered on 13th, received confirmation at 08.43am.

No change at all on EE tracker which still shows “awaiting confirmation” on the delivery date - same as it has since the day of confirmation.

I ordered 17pm in silver 256gb pre order day (12th) and haven’t received anything yet from DPD. 

EE live chat and calls confirm first come first serve basis however clearly that isn’t the case as people who have ordered after me have there DPD text and confirmation phone is being delivered…. SHAMBLES!

you ordered 11 days ago, 5 days later than when the preorders went up. 

seriously, this year’s  ‘******* ****** that are too impatient to handle a couple weeks wait for a phone thats largely the same as their current phone’ topic has me *****. You all need to ******, have some patience, and *******

anyone who has been on livechat more than once asking for their phone’s whereabouts: stop. It’s not going to speed up delivery, it’s not going to make you feel less stress than before, and you’re wasting their time and your time. They have busy enough work lives, **********
