the only EE email i’ve received is telling me i’ve got a direct debit set up looool maybe i’ll hear more tomorrow, for now just the pin and we’re expecting your parcel. the ee app is still also with no information

Yeah I did but just to make it easier. 17 pro max in blue 512gb. Original order was 14th early am. That order was cancelled by customer service and re ordered on the 17th in the afternoon. They did put a few notes on my account about this though

Not all of them unfortunately. I ordered PM 256GB in Blue on launch day and still yet to hear a peep from them. Whats worse is I actually know at least one person who ordered the same phone after me who has theirs now... its challenging to say the least!

Ik it’s frustrsting to say the least especially when EE are preaching first come first serve to customers, I’ve yet to hear anyone receive an orange yet tho as that’s what I’ve ordered!

Agreed mate I ordered 830 am on 13th and ive seen a couple ordered days after me. Wouldn't bother me as much if they didnt claim first come first serve
