I ordered my cosmic orange 512gb pro max over the phone on launch day (approx 3:30pm) and was originally told I would receive it on the 19th along with my new watch.

watch arrived with no sign of the phone so called them to be told the phone is still an open sales order and delivery is 28 days +.

thank you for posting this as will call them tomorrow and open a complaint as I don’t even have so much as an email to confirm the order, just being told to take their word for it that they have the order on their system.

Has anybody received the iPhone yet, my order has said dispatched since the 18th 🤣 and I haven’t had any tracking details come through

Nope! Mine has been 'confirmed and dispatched' since 17 Sept but with no acutal dispatch delivery date or DPD info. So just assuming I'm part of the backlog and am going to wait it out

So, it seems a lot of us are in the same boat.

Preordered on Friday 12th and got my confirmation email at 1:14pm with it specifically saying "Expect delivery to you on launch date"

Since then, nothing. No updates, no texts and no phone. Entering the order number into tracking doesn't work etc.

Spoke to 150 and was told that my order placed online went into a "queue" and was processed on Monday evening, meaning I'll need to wait 21-28 days for delivery.

Absolute farce. Considering moving to another network as crap like this has happened before.

According to a chat guide they’re still fulfilling orders placed on the 12th. Sadly for us people that ordered between 14th-16th looks like October time. 

obviously they’re picking random orders to be sent out as a few people on here received their orders despite ordering after 12th someone ordered on the 16th same as me and still received it. 

generally wouldn’t mind if they gave me one solid reliable timeframe/date and not different answers each tine

You cannot buy the eSIM only version in the uk, You would have to import it.
