They told me the same - BL is only online now.
I know from another line that they won't add it on later either.

Forgot to mention the details - Air in Sky Blue, £0 upfront and £58pm total with essentials plan.
I think if it was any more than that I wouldn't have bothered. It's a nice upgrade from my 14 Pro Max, which I can now sell to cover 6 months of the contract.

To be fully honest, If EE are not able to honour the same level of discounts they've been giving me every year for the past several years, I'm more than happy to just get the phone from Apple directly.
I refuse to settle and pay more just because I got unlucky with the Agent lottery, and they give me all sorts of Nonsense reasons as to why they "can't do this" or "can't do that", when evidently, they can and do, every year.
People with that kind of attitude irritate the hell out of me.

I had the confirmation email with xko number with the we may need to call you message .
so I rang them and they said it’s just normal and that my order was already successful

From my knowledge that is totally incorrect.
xko numbers are simply online processed order numbers.
You get a separate number once your order has actually been processed and authorised.
You also get an email that explicitly states your order delivery date estimate.

Online isn’t accepting it though

Yeh - BL has never worked online for me.
😐

Yes I’m normally like that as well, but the guy was just pushing that is all they could offer and I was concerned that the phone I wanted would go out of stock, so partly my own fault for not fighting more for what I asked for, wonder if I could call and adjust the what I was told I could only have or would they need to Place a new order? Thanks

You've signed a contract. It's binding. Neither EE nor you can legally change the terms of that contract. That's why you sign it.
You'd have to make a new order and cancel your existing one

So the way I’m doing it now (with live agent) is sending a photo of my ID card 😂
