Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

I get staff from EE could be frustrated with all the calls regarding the same things. But if they are just as honest as they can be people wouldn’t have to contact them over and over again

Funny thing: on the website I see iPhone 17 Pro Max, but in the app it still shows my current iPhone 16 Pro Max. And it’s not even on an EE contract — I bought it for cash last year 😅. My full work plan price will actually go down with the new iPhone, but I still haven’t received any email or message from DPD.

Interestingly, mine has my 15 Pro on my account (the phone I’ve upgraded from) but I’ve had 15!!! texts today confirming various things are cancelled or added to my account for my new contract…

EE have also lost the advanced payment I made on a pre order that I then cancelled, and have also close my complaint about this within 2 mins of me ending the call 🙄

Ordered the 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange at 21:27 on launch day, got my DPD text today 13:21 with an upgraded time slot of delivery tomorrow between 8-12!
