EE CS honestly don't know how many units are actually available in the warehouse so impossible for them know an exact date they can only advise based on order time hence they air towards that when contacting when I ordered my email came through at 1.18 my daughter was in queue at 1.00 and there was 16000 ppl in it too lol been down this rabbit hole before late Sep/Ocober more likely for most.

Please take everything EE say about delivery with a grain of salt. You will never get the same answer so it’s really hard to know which is true. Just get the DPD app downloaded & ready to go. 
At this point only DPD can be trusted 😂😂

Off topic, but has anyone seen any movement on the watches yet? Ordered mine on the Thursday, had the confirmation email, but still awaiting confirmation on the date, via their order tracker.

Which one did you order exactly? Most of them seems to be available on release date; except the milanese loop one

Morning all,

Exciting update!

spoke to EE this morning as my initial  upfront payment was still pending so wanted some clarity on if everything is ok.

spoke to a lovely CS member who said the following:

“We normally collect your payment when the phone has been delivered, I can see DPD has your parcel which means it’s no longer an open order so we should be finalising the payment within the next couple of days”

also stated that I’ll be receiving a DPD text or tomorrow. 

my order finally went thru Saturday 13th on the  morning after online order ballsed up on the Friday.

Black Milanese. They were still showing as available on release after I ordered. I got my order in early as they hit the site Thursday morning. Just concerned as I got stung before on the 2, two years ago. Ended up having to wait 3 weeks. Little more worried this year as I’m out of the country from 23/10 for a couple of weeks. Got every finger crossed though.

I didn’t even ask about delivery or anything at that point, purely just rang about the upfront payment that was still marked as pending in my bank account and she just said “I can see it’s with DPD so the payment will be finalised soon”

I know CS can be known for fibbing to get rid of customers but to mention DPD without me bringing up would be an odd thing for someone to do lol
