I hope you get yours this evening. From what I've seen you can get texts up until 10pm. If you don't id get a complaint into EE asap and try and get some money off airtime or something as you've ordered before me that's a joke that mines on it's way and yours isn't

Text from DPD and app notification. EE still says order confirmed.
