I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max back Orange 512GB on 15th October and I’ve had no updates since, I know when ordering it said 28 days and today is day 27 and on the EE website right now it says dispatch within 28 days, that also briefly changed on the 20th October to say dispatch within 21 days, so for anyone ordering that day, have they had there’s?

I ordered the same model on the 10th October, last I heard they're currently serving the orders on the 3rd October at the moment. Should be next week before I'll hear anything. I'm hoping that more plentiful in the next few weeks and that 28 day waiting period decreases. I went into the EE store last week and they said that expected waiting times for that date are around 14 days now. It's been 11 days since I was told that and still no updates.

I’ve just spoken to EE and they said that there’s more stock coming and for the date I ordered they are currently predicting around the 19th November, so I think yours should be towards end of this week if that’s true. I also saw Apples website is showing more realistic delivery dates of next week instead of 3-4 weeks time.

No help to anyone waiting on an order via EE, but my experience direct with Apple was very positive:

1. Tech woven cover for 17PM came the day after it was ordered.

2. Phone was ordered 20/10 and delivered 03/11.

3. PX trade in value £160 on iPhone 13/128 was confirmed 4 days after it was posted.

How long have people had to wait to get their new phones been waiting for a month so far so was wondering anyone else waiting this long feel like cancelling mine 🙄

my sim contract expires in january so on nov 7th i ordered the 17 pro max (silver 512gb) online. after signing the contract & everything the page refreshed with the yellow banner saying something along the lines of “your new phone is on the way”. excitedly waited for an hour expecting the typical order confirmation email and contract document, checked junk folder but nothing came through so i called 150. they said they couldn’t see any orders so i would have to place a new one. restarted the whole process, ordered the phone & new sim plan again, and they confirmed the order came through on their end. but after a couple days i still didnt receive any emails so i texted the chat agent for help. each time they’ve said to wait 21 days (most recent chat said 14 days) and that as soon as the order gets dispatched i will be contacted by dpd with a tracking number. it’s day 11 and although im not expecting it to be dispatched yet im still upset that i have yet to receive AT LEAST an order confirmation email containing the contract i signed. its even more frustrating because each time i paste the confirmation number i’ve been given in chats by the ee guides it shows an error message that my order cannot be tracked because its not a mobile phone (which it is!). apparently there’s a whole lot of people waiting for orders placed as far back as september so i cant even be rest assured that by the end of this week dpd will have my phone. idk what else to do.
