I can’t believe how poor the communication has been from EE, to be honest. I had to chase them for an order number, which isnt live and complete unknown about when my device will be available.

ill sell my 16 pro max now, use that to pay off my current contract and just go the sim only route

I’ve done the same. How does my closest Apple Store have the phone in stock for the 17PM 256GB deep blue available to pick up today but EE been making me wait 3 weeks and still no clue for when it’s coming. I’m also saving money buying directly from Apple so win win for me 😂

Because Apple prioritises their stores and always have.  Try ordering for home delivery from Apple.. ships in 3-4 weeks for most 17Pros.

Going to give EE another week but if nothing is forthcoming next week I'm going to try my local Apple store and see what they have...

How easy is it to cancel your order with EE? I am considering cancelling my order that I placed on the 15th and just getting it from my local store

As far as I'm aware if you've not received the new device and activated it then you can cancel anytime, best to phone CS they'll be best placed to cancel it for you and offer you broadband......AGAIN!

Do you mean your local EE store? I was told that stock wouldnt be avaliable there until Mid to Late November…. 😬

Apple stock is seemingly much more available at the minute- that’s how I got mine ordered this morning for collection later 😁

My order was a sim free phone as I don’t want to lose my current sim only benefits so I’m not sure in your case.

I think it took about 15 minutes for a confirmation email of my cancellation though. I presume it’ll be different with a full phone/sim contract though. Good luck with sorting it, I hope it’s as painless as possible

I ordered on the 2nd October and I’ve already lost my patience, cancelled and ordered via Barclays Finance for an in store collection today. I couldn’t imagine being one of the people who ordered so close to purchase day/pre-ordered feel
