Well my AirPods Pro 3, delivered today at 1pm.
Overall the biggest upgrade for me is the fit, a lot more snug fit compared to the last 2 generations.
Also the ANC is next level so after a short 10mins. definitely a big upgrade for me.

Hey, I received the text from DPD last night to say it was on its way, tracking updated this morning at 11:40am to say it had arrived at my delivery depot and updated again just after 12pm to say it was due to arrive between 1:45pn and 2:45pm.
depending on where your located and where the phone was originally despatched from it could be that it arrived at one of the depots late and the vans had already left in which case it may be tomorrow.
my mum upgraded hers with three for next day delivery and her tracking showed there had been a delay and it came the day after expected 🤞🏽

Ahh my local depot is Luton which is about 30-40 minutes from my address.
My updating change early this morning to on its way to the local depot and nothing since. I would even pay extra to the vip but won’t let me

Ordered a Silver iPhone 17 Pro on 17 Sept. Have a confirmation email, app says its confirmed and dispatched but not date and nothing from DPD. No updates since ordering 🤙

Has anyone who ordered by way of an upgrade, had an order received email at time of ordering(ideally the 12th), but then didn't receive a confirmation email until the next day or so? This happened to me. I have ordered PM Cosmic Orange 512GB.
I received my Ultra 3 watch fine on friday, but no movement on the phone since an 'on track' email on Monday...
I thought I'd be happy waiting, but ill be honest im starting to lose my patience a bit now. Not going to bombard CS tho as it's not their fault...
I get they've been telling people different stories, but the last time I rang them last Friday(issue with delivery of watch) they sorted the issue swiftly and mentioned about my phone before me even asking and said it was still showing as an open sales order at the time therefore none the wiser as to when I can expect it, which i can well believe at the time.
It's just I have seen since this time yesterday on here people receiving their phones. The exact same model ive ordered.

I keep getting this error whenever i try to track my order i placed my order on the 14th and since then ive not been able to track it at all

sorry to say, but this is ridiculous. You want a full compensation for something because it’s delayed by (at this point) 6 days?

To be fair I’m surprised we haven't seen that one person who always suggests a class action against EE just because they don’t like waiting!
Every year this happens, every year it’s the same people complaining. I learnt a couple of years ago that the following will happen with the new iphone release:
- This thread is created
-Order system crashes at pre order time
- Stock is delayed
- People unhappy and demand compensation
- Some people cancel and swear never to use EE again, yet reappear the following year
- Everybody receives their phone and the thread is left abandoned around the last week of October

Final update from me:
I upgraded to my 17 Pro Max Silver 512gb on release day, and didn’t receive a single confirmation. No email whatsoever, no text, nothing. I had to call and ask for an order number which begun with 02, but was not trackable at all. It said ‘sorry you can’t track this order type just yet’.
I received a text and DPD notification yesterday to say they had my parcel. I double checked on EE tracker and the same error was still showing (which means the tracker is a pile of…)
Today I have received my phone, along with an overwhelming bombardment of texts and confirmations from EE… I’m not sure why they couldn’t have sent me these confirmations in the first place to avoid all stress.
I say all this to say, if you’re still waiting try and be patient- don’t settle for a phone you don’t really want just because it’ll come tomorrow! I know it’s hard especially how EE have so poorly managed this, but now that stock is allocated and moving through warehouses the CS team are seeming to give more accurate info.
