Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

I got offered £20 credit of which I declined the other day, to be offered it again.

Tried asking them about cancelling all my sim only deals I currently have (3 lines) to be told it was approx £600 in total and it’s only free to do so after 2 years.

So either way I’m stuck with them unless I want to shell out. Said to them considering they can’t provide accurate information, false guarantees, lack of manager call backs, sending orders out to others that ordered after the 12th and all the rest they’ve done in the past few days that they should be waiving these fees. Instead £20 credit was offered. 

A reasonable compensation would be that specific line credited in full. 

Because of how much it is to cancel all my plans and switch providers and the timescale it is to become free, by time the iPhone turns up it’s really only a matter of months difference in terms of cancellation. But I likely won’t be staying after all this is done.

No offence to you or your Mrs but that’s highly infuriating! As much as I’m happy people are getting their devices but it’s frustrating seeing people ordering after myself (12th) getting theirs before those that ordered on the pre launch.

Same storage, same model, same colour, and I’ve been told possibly the 10th October (28 days) with 0 guarantee because of the delays 🙃

ETA: My phone is literally on its last legs as well which is why I kinda need mine. (Can’t do any software updates and my battery life is draining so quickly)!

God knows... I know it could differ with which part of the country you are in etc because stock could be different. I've seen people receive their orange PM's also but that could just be down to where they are situated in the Country. I've had no updates regarding mine since I ordered the morning of the 17th. I've checked with CS just make sure my order went through but since then I've left it had that and tried to be patient as there's not much CS can do. If you go on all the other network community forums they are all experiencing the same thing. I guess we just have to keep the faith and be as patient as we can. I think this is the most sought after phone for years! All over the World people are dying to get their hands on one.

I got my DPD message yesterday evening (17PM in orange ordered 13th) and they’re delivering tomorrow so it’s probably around 2 day delivery for most people

The only thing I have is a final trade in reminder, saying they're gonna charge me £660 if I don't send my phone in by 30th september.

Ordered on the 15th 512GB Orange, so looking at least second week of Oct going by their estimates.

Yeah it’s bittersweet! I’m happy y’know people are getting what they’ve ordered, but then, which isn’t your fault by any means, it’s also a kick in the teeth when EE are constantly saying first come, first served.

Hello! I had the text last night at 9:08 and it arrived this morning. If it’s any consolation to anyone I messaged CS yesterday morning and they said I would be waiting 28 days, no more than 12 hours later I had the text from DPD so keep positive

Hi, I ordered 256PM Silver on the 18th. The only information I have is "delivery takes more than 28 days". 
Does anyone have an idea of a more or less realistic delivery date? I appreciate your help.
