Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

I ordered my iPhone 17 pro max on pre order on the 13th September. I’m still waiting for my delivery. I’ve checked the order online via EE and it states order confirmed, no dispatch date, still awaiting confirmation of delivery. A bit frustrating as I go on holiday and was told it would be with me by hopefully today. Now I’m looking at having to rearrange delivery as I will be away.

I ordered on the 14th and am going on holiday soon. I asked the customer service team to put the local EE store as the delivery address because I don’t know when it will be delivered.

Has anyone else received their pin from DPD but no update from EE or in the EE app?

Original order 14th. That order was cancelled by CS and replaced on the 17th.

Yes same. I don't think EE will update on the app till the SIM is activated (in my case it's a new plan)

That being said. I don't think it'll come tomorrow. It just says expecting your package from EE at the moment and I have my PIN so. Maybe Wednesday but probably Friday.

So my phone will be here tomorrow and I won’t be checking this thread every waking minute of the day, the nightmare will be finally over.
