It’s incredibly annoying when there’s inconsistent information floating around, especially when it’s about something as exciting as a new device. When you pre-order something, you expect clarity and smooth service, not confusion and delays.

It’s even worse when the experience is different depending on whether you ordered online or in-store. People who went to the store had a straightforward experience while those who ordered over the phone end up with bad customer service—doesn't seem fair at all.

I think the lack of communication and missteps on the advisers' part are a big part of the problem. You should definitely get what you were told, especially when you’re relying on the information from customer service. Have you had any luck getting through to someone who could help, or is it just the same runaround?

I ordered 17pm Blue 13th 8:30 am and still had nothing. Enjoy your new phone though!
