Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

I totally agree. I’m on a 14 PM right now and it’s actually going strong to be fair. I’m upgrading because I want a new toy and with all the RPI increases I actually pay less by upgrading.

my problem is a principle thing and generally being a control freak when it comes to when where how. I really dislike being told one thing, that thing falling through and then having to chase a business that I’m paying money to for updates and still not knowing what’s actually going to happen.

if they said it’ll be X date or between X-Y days from now that would satisfy me but I hate ambiguity and limbo so I’ll keep going until I get a date and then I will be able to chill.

To be honest, I wasn’t planning to upgrade this year. However, I’ve been doing it for 11 years in a row, which is like iAddiction 🤣. I placed my first order on the 12th, but the monthly cost was £102. I decided to cancel it because they were offering almost double the price for the same plan I currently have. On Sunday (14th), the CS  gave me a £20 discount on the plan and promised that it would be delivered on Friday, the launch day. I decided to go further and placed my order.

So just to note the conversation that I've just had might help a few people in relation to timings. (The wait continues.)

Device - iPhone 17 Pro Max - 256gb Cosmic Orange.

Order 12th Sep - 15:36

Order 16:20 Confirmed

Within 21 days - So looking within the next 2 weeks for delivery.

1st batched only confirmed the first 2 hours worth of orders.

Always over estimate delivery time so could be sooner

hi EE ordered my iphone 17 pro max on friday 19 th september your website said it was in stock and would be dispatched in 24 hours or before its sunday now and still no update i have called a store and been told that they are out of stock and it would be 28days until i can get it which is unacceptable as your website is still saying in stock i find it very hard to believe that you are just openly lying to your customers i don’t believe it’ll take 28 days as the iphone is in stock every where else so i don’t know what to do didn’t expect this company to be so useless as soon as i joined can anyone on here just tell me the truth on whats going on

I pre-ordered the same device 17 PM 256gb Cosmic Orange. 

Order 12th Sep - 13:37 - Received confirmation email same time.

Still havent received anything. EE CS told me to expect to receive it next batch some time next week.

Unfortunately, due to the high demand and many have pre-ordered, so they are sent out on a first come first serve basis, so it is down to Apple as to how many they actually send out, this happens every year and other networks are having the same problem, I have read elsewhere, so yes it can take up to 28 days, but could be sooner, depending what Apple send out, colour, storage size, as to when you will receive the device, patients is a virtue.

Just spoken with a guide who has advised me that it should be here tomorrow, second person who’s said that so maybe there is hope for a tomorrow delivery 

And then in the same call, the guide has called the digital processing team who said dispatch within 21 days so this is getting extremely confusing. I don’t even mind when it comes just want one clear answer

When did you order? Tomorrow seems so random
