100% feel the same, I was considering a silver pro and I would get it by Tuesday I believe. Sadly I’m too keen on the pro max so not really sure whether to wait or not

I got the same email, it’s basically saying stop calling stop going on live chat asking us when you will get the phone 🤣🤣. Waste of an email really your order is on track but no dates when we might get it not even an estimate

I mean I'm currently on hold and my first point is going to be..

My order clearly isn't on track, because you promised launch date delivery! So, therefore it's not on track. I'm autistic and struggle with timings changing hence why I'm a little agreeved!

Phone is the office for me! Hence the Pro Max but just sick of waiting and sick of getting what feels like false promises

Honestly if your phone isn’t on the verge of dying then I would just wait. Currently have a 15 pro max and I don’t necessarily need a new phone but I’m a little impatient and a little excited for the 17 which is why I’m getting aggravated with them at this point 😂 constant false promises constant lies don’t help the case either, if I had a solid time frame then I wouldn’t mind

This is what I've been saying all along. If someone at EE said to me it will be the week commencing whatever you will get the device it wouldn't be that bad. It's the fact that they've said to us all you WILL get the device on whatever date! Bit of a joke.

I totally agree. I’m on a 14 PM right now and it’s actually going strong to be fair. I’m upgrading because I want a new toy and with all the RPI increases I actually pay less by upgrading.

my problem is a principle thing and generally being a control freak when it comes to when where how. I really dislike being told one thing, that thing falling through and then having to chase a business that I’m paying money to for updates and still not knowing what’s actually going to happen.

if they said it’ll be X date or between X-Y days from now that would satisfy me but I hate ambiguity and limbo so I’ll keep going until I get a date and then I will be able to chill.

To be honest, I wasn’t planning to upgrade this year. However, I’ve been doing it for 11 years in a row, which is like iAddiction 🤣. I placed my first order on the 12th, but the monthly cost was £102. I decided to cancel it because they were offering almost double the price for the same plan I currently have. On Sunday (14th), the CS  gave me a £20 discount on the plan and promised that it would be delivered on Friday, the launch day. I decided to go further and placed my order.
