I’ve had an update on my Pre order today Pre orders 13th Am PM Deep Blue 256GB it now says Your order is on track what ever that means

Not sure if you can see SC but  is what mine  said when I ordered on 12th September so does say under 14 days. But then the app at the time said delivery 19th. Just constant mixed messages from the start. I like others have phoned multiple times and got multiple answers 😂 I regret not ordering the orange too if elsewhere delivered before October I’d cancel this and reorder

The last time I got that message was when I'd also ordered an iPhone, it's just EE's way of telling you that they have your order, they're dealing with it, and you'll get it the day after they receive it!  More than anything it's just to try and stop people from calling every 5 minutes.

The EE X account tweeted that any orders that were placed after 3.30 on the 12th will take 28 days 🫠 sadly I fall into that window.

The EE cs also said  more than 28 days for me as Apple won’t deliver for another 28 days.

This must depend on variant. I ordered IP17 PM 256GB Deep Blue on 12/09/25 sometime after 8PM and the live chat agent told me that stock is in the hub and I should expect my phone to be delivered by 27/09/25 as this is 14+1 days after I ordered and any order for my variant placed on 12/09 was expected to be processed within 14 days of the orders being placed.

again the problem is that it’s a different story every time you contact EE but this person did seem to be very thorough so I’m hopeful I’ll get my phone next week but braced for a 28 day wait.

Crazy, I ordered mine 17 PM on the 12th at 1440 and still nothing on terms of being dispatched or anything absolute shambles

So I ordered a iPhone 17 pro max 512gb in cosmic orange int he 16th, does that mean i will be one of the last few to get it?

And would that likely be end of October time?? 
anyone have any guesses
