They’re lying. CS do this to get people off the call/chat. Easiest and simplest way is to say different timeframes.

I can’t see your screenshot but where did you see the information? I would love to even be able to see that about my order as all I have is a standard page with no information on it

Nope nothing. Only received confirmation of order when I placed it on 12th September at around 8:30pm. Wasn’t even notified of it being delayed it’s only because I received nothing I checked on my outstanding orders page

Damn, that sucks - also I have zero confidence mine will arrive any time soon regardless of this status, I'll believe it when it's in my hand but I hope you get an update soon.

My email confirmation says “usually dispatched under 14 days” so I am hoping for Friday but we’ll see

Wouldn’t surprise me, seems like that’s all they do is lie. I pre-ordered on the 12th via phone order and the sales person told me it would be delivered on the 19th, had no delivery updates and wouldn’t even let me track my order via EE so I called on the 17th and they had a look and confirmed it will be the 19th and I was to look out for a text from DPD. The 19th came and had no text from DPD and showing no deliveries in the app so I called CS on the 19th and they said it was going to be delayed by 28 days or more and advised me it would be around 18th of October maybe longer and then called again today to complain and they told me something different that it would be 28 days from the day I pre-ordered so would be expected around 10/11th of October. But seeing on X that if pre-ordered to expect within 14 days so not even sure what to believe anymore. Whole thing is an absolute farce.
